1. Disclaimer
1.1 Pro-Tech's relationship with you is as a user of this site and as a company or individual who may wish to purchase services offered by this site. As an introducer of third parties who may wish to purchase products or services from the site there will be no contractual relationship arises between you and Pro-Tech out of any arrangement to introduce third parties who may or may not proceed with the purchase of products or services from this site. Pro-Tech itself makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of:

1.3 All such documents and related graphics are provided, and such products (where ordered) are accepted by you on an "as is basis". Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If you send ideas, remarks, questions, data, graphics or the like ("Submissions") to the Site, these will be deemed to be non-confidential and we will be entitled to use or disclose the Submissions in any manner whatsoever, without liability or notice to you. Furthermore, Pro-Tech shall be free to use any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to, developing products and services for sale using such information subject only to our privacy policy set out in clause 5 below. At Pro-Tech we are committed to protecting your privacy and to full compliance with the Data Protection Laws applicable to the UK. We use the information collected from you/your seminar/workshop request form only to process seminar and workshop attendance requests and to provide a more personalised service.

We reserve the right to supply all documentation for all seminars and workshops in electronic form and to deliver such documentation by e-mail.

7.1 The products and promotions and services available through this site are only available in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and any offer or invitation constituted by this Site is available only for acceptance or response by United Kingdom residents accessing the Site from any part of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
7.2 If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
7.3 These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so.
8. Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
